1 position Job Summary We are hiring Production Workers for a busy tortilla production facility. This is a physical production position that requires constant movement, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting throughout the shift. Employees may be rotated between different production positions and departments depending on production needs. Responsibilities Transfer bags of tortillas into crates and baskets Handle and move products throughout the production area Perform various production duties as assigned Follow production, safety, and quality requirements Rotate between different positions when possible Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Follow instructions from supervisors and production leads Work in different departments or areas based on company needs Physical Requirements Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting Constant movement throughout the shift Ability to use hands to handle and move products Must be comfortable performing physically demanding work Must be able to work around moving machinery and equipment Work Environment Indoor production facility Temperatures may vary between cold and warm throughout the shift Moderate to loud noise levels Employees are required to wear protective ear plugs in the production area Employees may work near moving mechanical equipment and machinery Employees may be assigned to different departments, positions, or areas depending on production needs 1st Shift Schedule 5
