The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating / installing structural items for residential buildings. The role requires proficiency in MIG welding, metal cutting, and fitting, with a strong focus on quality, precision, and safety. Responsibilities Minimum 3 year of fabrication and welding experience in steel structure (but not limited to ornamental such as metal stairs, railings and others) Familiar with various welding processes: MIG, TIG, stick, flux-core Ability to read and follow blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Conversational English required; ability to read and write English technical instructions AWS or equivalent welding certification (preferred) Valid California driver's license (required) Forklift driving experience is a plus Requirements Proven experience in metal fabrication and welding is essential. Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings. Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally Able to stand, stoop, kneel, crawl, and climb throughout the workday Good vision and color perception Ability to safely use hand and power tools in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Preferred
