The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of manufacturing experience and be comfortable working with microscopes, hand tools, detailed work instructions, and production procedures. Candidates should have a strong work history and be interested in a long-term manufacturing opportunity . This is a manufacturing production position — warehouse, forklift, material-handling, and Amazon warehouse experience alone will not meet the requirements. Available Shifts 1st shift: M-F 5am
  • 1:30pm or 6am
  • 2:30pm 2nd shift: M-F 2pm
  • 10:30pm or 2:30pm
  • 11pm Candidates must be flexible with the assigned shift and available for required training.
What You'll Do Perform manufacturing and production operations according to established procedures. Use microscopes to inspect and work with small components. Use hand tools to manipulate, handle, and position components. Follow detailed work instructions, policies, and procedures. Read, understand, and interpret manufacturing documentation. Perform basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Inspect components and finished products for quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Meet production, quality, and attendance expectations. Work effectively as part of a manufacturing team. Follow all applicable safety and quality requirements. Required Qualifications Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience. Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to communicate effectively in English, including speaking, reading, and writing. Comfortable working with microscopes. Ability to follow detailed written and verbal procedures. Ability to read and interpret information. Basic math skills. Comfortable using hand tools. Strong attention to detail. Reliable attendance and consistent work history. Willingness to work the assigned shift. Must be able to pass required eye and color vision testing . Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, including up to 10 hours per day. Ability to intermittently crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push, and pull. Ability to lift and carry items weighing less than 50 pounds . Ability to perform detailed work requiring close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
