Production Assistant - Cake Decor | Truckee, CA Overview Simply Sucre is a small, growing e-commerce cake decor brand based in Truckee. We're adding a production assistant to our tight-knit team of three to help us keep up with demand. What You'll Do Hands-on production work using silicone molds and fondant to create decorative cake pieces, plus packaging and light prep. The work is repetitive by design — if you find satisfaction in a steady rhythm and enjoy podcasts or audiobooks while you work, you'll thrive in our low-stress environment. What We're Looking For Someone detail-oriented and consistent (our products are small, so quality matters), comfortable with repetitive hands-on work, reliable and able to work independently once trained, and based in or able to commute to our Truckee workspace.
