In person - Ventura, CA Join the CyberCopy Team CyberCopy, Inc. is a growing printing, graphics, and signage company serving businesses, architects, contractors, and professionals throughout Southern California. We are looking for a dependable, motivated Print Production & Customer Service Associate to join our Ventura team. This is an entry-level opportunity with room to learn and grow. Previous printing experience is helpful but not required . We are willing to train the right person who is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working with computers, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate enjoys staying busy, working with customers, learning equipment and production processes, and taking responsibility for completing work accurately and on time. What You'll Do As part of our Ventura production team, your responsibilities will include: Assist with printing and production of customer orders. Learn to operate printers, scanners, and finishing equipment. Review job instructions and help ensure orders are produced accurately. Perform basic finishing, packaging, and preparation of completed orders. Assist customers at the front counter in a professional and friendly manner. Receive customer orders and help coordinate order pickup. Perform basic order processing and daily invoicing using QuickBooks — training provided . Make local customer deliveries using a company vehicle as needed. Verify completed work for quality, quantity, and accuracy. Keep customer orders organized and properly identified. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment. Communicate questions or potential problems before they affect an order or deadline. Assist other team members and departments when needed. Work occasional extended hours or weekends when production schedules require it. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Dependable, punctual, and responsible. Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions carefully. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Organized and able to manage multiple tasks. Able to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers. Willing to learn printing equipment and production processes. Able to work independently after completing training. Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Willing to take initiative and ask questions when something is unclear. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required for this position. Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of applicable pre-employment screening. Printing Experience Is Not Required We provide hands-on training.
