About the Role We are looking for a positive, dependable, health-minded person to help with weekly Friday production at our commercial kitchen in Vista. This is a hands-on role working directly with the owner and production team to transform fresh organic produce into finished juices and wellness shots. The right person should genuinely care about health, real nourishment, clean ingredients, and high-quality work. A positive attitude is extremely important. We want someone who brings good energy into the kitchen, is willing to learn, takes pride in their work, and understands that the quality of our products begins with the quality of our process. This is not a cashier or primarily customer-service position. The focus is on clean, efficient, careful, high-quality production. Responsibilities Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to contribute Wash, sanitize, and prepare organic produce Assist with juicing and follow recipes and production instructions carefully Help operate production equipment after training Bottle, cap, and label juices and functional wellness shots Check product presentation, labels, counts, and organization Organize finished products in coolers and prepare orders Help track inventory and communicate supply shortages Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the day Follow food-handling and sanitation procedures Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, surfaces, floors, and work areas Maintain a surgical-level standard of hygiene throughout production Complete a thorough end-of-day kitchen cleanup and reset Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Communicate clearly about equipment issues, damaged products, or production concerns What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: A genuinely positive person with a good attitude Passionate about health, wellness, clean ingredients, and real nourishment Extremely clean and disciplined in their work habits Comfortable maintaining a surgical-level standard of hygiene Dependable, punctual, and consistent Available to work Fridays every week Organized and highly detail-oriented Comfortable standing and working for most of the day Able to lift and carry produce boxes, beverage cases, and coolers Energetic and comfortable with repetitive hands-on work Able to follow recipes and instructions carefully Respectful, coachable, and easy to work with Comfortable taking direction while also showing initiative Interested in growing with a serious local company Kitchen, restaurant, juice, catering, food-production, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required. We can train the right person on our recipes and systems, but reliability, cleanliness, work ethic, positive energy, and consistency are essential.
