We make food — powders, blends, and packaged product for consumer brands. You'd be on the floor with a small crew weighing ingredients, running blends, and packing finished product. The shift Monday through Thursday, 2:30 PM to 12:30 AM. Four days, 40 hours — and a three-day weekend, every week.

Read this before you apply:

you need your own vehicle. The shift lets out at 12:30 AM . Buses aren't running at that hour and it's dark. A bike, or a ride you're not certain about, will not work. We've had people accept and then realize they can't get home. The pay $20/hr to start Breaks and meals are paid Quarterly profit share — our last one worked out to an extra $2-3 per hour for everyone The honest part You'll be on your feet for most of a 10-hour shift and repeatedly lifting up to 55 lbs, including 25 kg bags into a mixer. It's a food plant, so hairnets, beard nets, handwashing, no jewelry, and phones stay in a locker in the break room. There's no company health plan. If that's not for you, no hard feelings — we'd both rather know now. How we train We train on the job, so expect to be shown how to do things and coached until they're right.
