Production Associate Job Duties Assist with production and assembly Operate presses and other production machinery and trim excess material Inspect finished products for quality Cross-train on different production functions Production Associate Requirements 1+ year of production or manufacturing experience Comfortable performing repetitive work using your hands and machinery Able to lift, push, and pull 35-50 lbs.
