As a Production Saw Operator, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

6:30 AM - 3:00 PM What's the Job? Inspect, measure, and mark raw materials for precise cuts using tools like squares, calipers, tape measures, and rulers. Set up, adjust, and maintain warehouse table saws and scoring machines to ensure optimal performance. Monitor production outputs to identify imperfections or damages, ensuring quality standards are met. Perform regular preventative maintenance and safety checks on equipment to maintain a safe working environment. Oversee safety training and operational onboarding for new machine operators, promoting a culture of safety and teamwork. What's Needed? Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with attention to detail. Basic knowledge of tools and machinery used in material preparation and cutting. Strong safety awareness and commitment to maintaining a safe workspace. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
