We are looking for an experienced Solid Surface Fabricator to join our production team.

Experience Required:

3-7 years of solid surface fabrication experience About the Position The Solid Surface Fabricator will be responsible for fabricating and finishing solid surface components used in custom retail store fixtures and commercial millwork. This is a hands-on production position for someone who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work and can work efficiently in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Fabricate solid surface materials such as Corian, Wilsonart, Formica, and similar products Read and interpret shop drawings and fabrication details Measure, cut, route, sand, seam, and finish solid surface components Produce clean, consistent seams and high-quality finished edges Build solid surface components to precise dimensions and specifications Work with a variety of tools and equipment used in solid surface fabrication Inspect finished work for quality, accuracy, and appearance Work closely with other production team members to meet project schedules Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow company quality and safety procedures Qualifications 3-7 years of professional solid surface fabrication experience Experience with commercial or retail fixture fabrication is a strong plus Ability to read and understand shop drawings Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work Experience with routing, sanding, polishing, and solid surface seaming Ability to use common woodworking and fabrication tools safely Ability to work independently while also working effectively as part of a team Dependable and committed to producing quality work Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment What We Offer Starting pay of $26.00/hour Opportunity for additional compensation based on experience and skill level Stable, year-round work Work on custom projects for major retail and commercial customers A professional manufacturing environment Opportunity to develop your skills and take on additional responsibilities About R & R Millwork R & R Millwork, Inc. is a Colorado-based millwork manufacturer specializing in custom store fixtures and commercial millwork .
