Essential Duties & Responsibilities Compose and frame camera shots, utilizing technical knowledge of lighting, lenses, composition, and camera settings to achieve desired production results. Collaborate with directors and other production personnel to execute broadcast plans and visual storytelling elements. Troubleshoot and assist with minor equipment issues as needed. Create and produce graphics for newscasts and other station programming. Support a variety of production and technical operations as assigned. Serve as a reliable fill-in for production staff during vacations, sick leave, and other employee absences. Work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
