Job Description

Clean Room Machine Operator - 2nd Shift We are seeking a detail-oriented Clean Room Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment and a strong commitment to quality, precision, and adherence to standard operating procedures. Duties Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery in a controlled cleanroom environment. Follow work instructions, procedures, and production schedules to ensure efficient manufacturing operations. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to understand product specifications and requirements. Use hand tools, measuring instruments, and inspection equipment, including calipers and gauges, to verify product quality. Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications. Accurately complete production documentation and maintain traceability records. Adhere to all cleanroom protocols, safety procedures, and company policies, including proper gowning and contamination control practices. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot issues and continuously improve processes. Qualifications & Experience Previous experience operating manufacturing equipment or machinery in a production environment required. Experience working in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges preferred. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment and hand tools. Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate documentation. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in medical device, aerospace, semiconductor, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift up to 45 pounds occasionally. Ability to work while wearing required cleanroom garments and personal protective equipment.
Pay:
$22.50 - $26.50 per hour
