For more information, please visit Ingenyx.com Position Summary Producing and processing medical components while following the procedures put in place that adhere to the standards put forth by the Quality Department and regulatory agencies. Principal Responsibilities Operates and adjusts machine/equip/cell to SOP as trained including packaging and labeling products Understands and uses measuring equipment; calipers, micrometers, rulers, Instron, scales, counters, snap gauges, ring gauges, pins and other gauging following prescribed procedures to meet high quality specifications Documents process data and parameters as required by MP/GMP Identifies when process is out of spec and recognizes the need to notify Team Lead or Supervisor Reviews process documentation, makes corrections and signs off on production orders Follow QA procedures and requirements Follow safety procedures, including use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) Follow manufacturing procedures Education / Experience Requirements Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred Specialized Skills / Other Requirements Basic math (addition, subtraction, and division) and assembly. Good interpersonal, communication and documentation skills Strong attention detail Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English fluently The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $20-29 per hour, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will also include benefits such as medical, prescription drug, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, participation in 401(k) savings plan, and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO, short- and long-term disability and parental leave, dependent on the position offered.
