We will be hiring either 1 or 2 people depending on experience

9 am•5 PM Opportunity to pick up additional hours as needed (Overtime paid) Training period: Initial onboarding will take place during weekday shifts (9 AM•5 PM)
Job Overview:
As a member of the team, you'll play a key role in the creation and fulfillment of custom orders. You'll work with a variety of machines and materials to produce high-quality garments and promotional products, support the team in packaging and communication, and help ensure a smooth production workflow.
Responsibilities:
Operate equipment: Barudan 6-Head Embroidery machine, Epson DTF Machine, Heat Press & others Receiving & organizing work orders Work with a team Manage and communicate about orders via Microsoft Teams Receive and manage individual orders as well as bulk/wholesale projects Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain quality Take ownership of tasks and assist in managing ongoing projects Stay open to learning new skills and operating additional machinery Knowledge of screen printing & embroidery is a plus Solve problems & communicate
Requirements:
Previous experience in apparel production or a similar hands-on environment preferred Strong attention to detail and organization Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes Must be dependable and punctual Ability to lift/move light to moderate materials as needed Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus): Experience with screen printing using a manual press Graphic design knowledge, especially proficiency in
Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Additional Info:
