Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing facility or warehouse, with a strong background in operating hand tools, power tools, and forklifts. This role involves assembling and fabricating products on the assembly line while ensuring quality standards are met. Responsibilities Operate various types of machinery and equipment within the production area, including forklifts and power tools. Assemble and fabricate components according to specifications and quality standards. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and maintain production schedules. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize hazards in the workplace. Assist in training new employees on production processes and equipment operation as needed. Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is preferred. Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and forklifts. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Ability to work effectively on an assembly line, demonstrating attention to detail and quality control. Must be able to lift and move materials as required, adhering to safety standards. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
