Production Associate Type:
Direct Hire Shift:
6am-6pm or 6pm-6am (2-2-3 schedule)

Location:
Bear Creek, WI Summary:
The Production Associate plays a key role in manufacturing high-quality food products. This is a hands-on role in a production environment requiring attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform production tasks in a food manufacturing environment Follow written instructions and standard operating procedures Maintain quality, safety, and GMP standards Clean and sanitize processing equipment at the end of shifts Support team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Comfortable performing repetitive tasks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand for the duration of the shift Comfortable working in a humid environment (warm in summer, cooler in winter) Manufacturing or food industry experience preferred, but not required Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required
