Location:
New London, WI Wage:
1st shift: $20/hr 2nd shift: $22/hr (any hours after 6pm)
Work Hours:
1st shift: 6:30am to 3pm or done 2nd shift: 1pm-9pm or done Key Responsibilities Ensure all operations comply with applicable regulatory standards, including Human Resources, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), OSHA, FDA, Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Safe Quality Food (SQF), and USDA requirements. Foster a high-performance, team-oriented work environment that promotes continuous improvement, innovation, teamwork, safety, and positive workplace behaviors. Continuously develop skills and knowledge to maintain efficient, high-functioning production that supports organizational goals and objectives. Collaborate closely with the company Customer Service Specialist to manage all necessary paperwork for pickups, including scanning BOLs, manifests, and pick tickets. Communicate and document any product returns in coordination with the Customer Service Specialist. Stack and organize previous day's production runs according to specified pallet patterns. Prepare and arrange pallets in the shipping bay to align with scheduled departures, ensuring all shipments are loaded accurately and matched to purchase orders. Safely rack hot finished products into the blast cooler while maintaining a clean and organized workspace in accordance with GMP standards. Operate scanning equipment correctly to track products and documentation. Promote and maintain a safe, secure, and positive work environment for all employees. Perform physical tasks including lifting 50+ lbs. repeatedly and standing for up to 8 hours per shift. Perform additional duties as assigned to support production and shipping operations. Operate forklift Requirements High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent experience in the industry. Prior experience in food or dairy manufacturing is preferred. Prior forklift experience preferred. Foster a positive, team-oriented work culture focused on continuous improvement and safety.
