Work Schedule:
4 Day Work Week! 1st
Shift:
Monday-Thursday 6am - 4pm 2nd
Shift:
Monday-Thursday 4pm - 2am This position is primarily being recruited for 1st shift; however, qualified candidates interested in either 1st or 2nd shift are encouraged to apply.
Essential Responsibilities:
Prepare loads for printing and cutting operations by removing defective sheets and verifying quantities against stock requisitions. Inspect stock to ensure it is placed on the correct skid size and stacked to the appropriate height for the assigned equipment. Deliver completed loads to the proper equipment with accurate tickets and documentation. Follow all safety policies and procedures, including the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE). Position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, and the ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English, including production tickets, safety procedures, work orders, and quality documentation. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Communicate effectively with Production Control and other departments to support production schedules and workflow requirements. Assist in maintaining efficient material flow throughout the manufacturing process. Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills, take on additional responsibilities, and grow with the company as business needs and opportunities evolve. Be available to work occasional overtime when needed to support production schedules and customer commitments.
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
