• $20•23/hr Contract / Temp-to-Permanent Permanent Shift Differential Once converted to a permanent employee, this position receives an additional $2/hr 2nd-shift differential on top of the regular hourly rate.

• Seymour, CT Work Hours 2nd Shift Description We are seeking an experienced Incoming / Kitting Builder / Feeders Associate to support a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.

Candidates must have previous experience building kits within an Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS), PCB/PCBA, or similar electronics manufacturing environment. This position requires someone who can work independently, responsibly, and accurately with limited supervision. The position is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming electronic components and materials, building production kits according to BOMs and work orders, and preparing feeders for SMT production. Duties and Responsibilities Receive incoming electronic components, PCBs, and assemblies Verify incoming materials against packing slips and purchase orders Perform basic incoming inspection for damage, quantity, and documentation accuracy Build EMS production kits according to Bills of Material (BOMs), work orders, and production schedules Verify all parts, quantities, and documentation before releasing kits to production Load and prepare feeders for SMT assembly lines Ensure proper component identification, orientation, and feeder setup Label, bag, organize, and stage electronic materials according to company and ESD requirements Track materials through Aegis or other inventory/manufacturing systems Maintain accurate inventory and material records Return unused materials to stock after job completion Identify and communicate material shortages or discrepancies Work closely with Production, Quality, Materials, and Supply Chain Maintain an organized and safe kitting and feeder preparation area Work independently to ensure kits are completed accurately and on schedule Qualifications Previous experience building EMS / electronics manufacturing kits required Experience working with electronic components, PCBs, and assemblies Familiarity with Bills of Material (BOMs), work orders, and production documentation Previous incoming, kitting, feeder preparation, stockroom, or electronics material handling experience Ability to identify and accurately handle electronic components Must be able to work independently and responsibly with limited supervision Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple production priorities and deadlines Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and ERP/MIS systems Experience with Aegis or similar manufacturing systems preferred Ability to follow ESD and material handling procedures Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as required Preferred Certifications IPC Component Identification Certification ESD Handling Certification Other Job Information 2nd Shift Temp-to-Permanent opportunity Additional $2/hr shift differential once converted to permanent Onsite position in Seymour, CT No remote work available Company Overview Founded in 2010, Top Prospect Group was created with a focus on matching high-quality candidates with top clients while fostering an environment where success is shared by all.
