Job Description

Under the guidance of the Coiling Team Lead, the Coiler supports manufacturing processes, by setting up and operating Coiler equipment. Responsible for all quality and documentation associated with production of parts.
Shift:
This position works a 2nd shift schedule of Monday-Friday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM.
Training Schedule:
Training will be conducted on 1st Shift (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM) for approximately 2-4 weeks. Upon successful completion of training, employees will transition to the regular 2nd shift (Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM-12:00 AM).
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate Z-11 and Z-10 coiler machines. Prepare and maintain setup information. Identify problems and make improvements (root cause analysis). Maintain tooling and equipment related to coiler operations. Review, and complete required daily documentation. Assure good housekeeping and machine maintenance practices. Maintain all safety and employee policies and report any infractions or concerns to management.
