Job Description
Job Description We' re looking for dependable, detail-oriented Cladding Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team in Apopka. In this role, you' ll assemble metal panels and frames used on commercial building exteriors while maintaining high standards for quality and precision. No advanced blueprint experience? No problem. We provide training on blueprint reading and the tools used in the position. Responsibilities Assemble metal panels and frames according to production specifications Use a tape measure accurately to ensure precise measurements Read blueprints and production drawings (training provided) Operate pneumatic tools, including an air gun Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and safe work area Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals Qualifications Manufacturing, assembly, construction, or fabrication experience preferred Ability to accurately use a tape measure (required) Willingness to learn blueprint reading and new tools Comfortable using hand and pneumatic tools Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. Strong attention to detail Reliable with a positive attitude Team player Why Join Us?
