Minuteman Press Boca Raton has been serving South Florida businesses for over 45 years, and we're looking for a Digital Press Operator who takes pride in doing it right. You'll run our digital color and black-and-white presses, keep multiple jobs moving on schedule, and make sure every piece that goes out the door matches the ticket. If you've got sharp attention to detail and enjoy hands-on, fast-paced production work, this is a real opportunity to grow your skills. What you'll do Review job tickets and prep press files — checking size, orientation, imposition, and bleed before production Load and calibrate paper, and set up required in-line finishing (like hole-punching) Run our digital color presses and black-and-white press, following the grid's job priority Print and inspect proofs before full runs — checking color, alignment, registration, and finishing against the ticket Monitor output throughout the run, catch defects early, and troubleshoot routine press issues Keep job status current in Flex and maintain accurate production records Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning per manufacturer instructions Support bindery and finishing work (cutting, folding, laminating) as needed Communicate clearly with management, Graphics, and your production teammates What we're looking for Experienced digital press operator — you've run digital color/B&W presses before, not learning from scratch Experience with print-production or job-tracking software Bindery or finishing experience (cutting, folding, laminating) Reliable — you show up on time, every day Sharp attention to detail — you catch mistakes before they leave your station Comfortable coordinating multiple jobs at once and hitting deadlines Able to read job tickets, do basic math/measurements, and troubleshoot routine equipment issues Comfortable standing, walking, and handling paper and finished work for a full shift A good attitude and willingness to learn and take coaching Pay & schedule $18-$23/hr, based on experience Full-time, day shift, Monday-Friday Steady hours in a busy, established local shop About Minuteman Press Boca Raton We're a busy, well-established local print and marketing shop in Boca Raton.
