No printing experience? Perfect. If you're quick, careful, and good with your hands, we'll teach you the rest. Our bindery is where every printed job gets folded, assembled, and finished before it ships — and we're looking for reliable people who want to learn a real skill and grow their pay as they go. What you'll do Fold, collate, insert, and package printed materials Stuff envelopes and prep mailings quickly and accurately Learn to run finishing equipment — folders, cutters, stitchers, collators Check your work for quality and keep jobs moving on schedule Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe What we're looking for Reliable — you show up on time, every day Fast and accurate hands; comfortable with repetitive, detail work Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs A good attitude and a willingness to learn No experience needed — we train you Nice to have (not required) Any warehouse, assembly, production, or print/bindery experience Mechanical aptitude or hands-on hobbies Bilingual English/Spanish Pay & schedule $15-$16/hr to start, with raises as you learn — up to $18-$19/hr once you can run equipment on your own Full-time, day shift, Monday-Friday — no nights Steady hours and a clear path to earn more About Minuteman Press Boca Raton We're a busy, well-established local print and marketing shop in Boca Raton.
