Director of Operations Expected hours: 1st

Shift:

6:30 AM - 4 PM (Overtime as Needed, including weekends). 2nd shift: 4:00pm-5:00am / Monday-Thursday. (Overtime as Needed, including weekends). •There is a 1.50/hr. shift differential•

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sheet Metal Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. This position is responsible for fabricating, assembling, and finishing sheet metal components according to design specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate has experience with metalworking tools and machinery, understands blueprints, and thrives in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Work with various materials, including but not limited to stainless steel, aluminum, and cold rolled steel. Grinding/honing metal pieces for production. Machine operation. Powder coating. Assembly Welding Packaging final product for shipping.

Qualifications:

MUST be able to read, write and speak English fluently. High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of hand and power tools. Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment. Prior sheet metal experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team setting. Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong commitment to safety practices and protocols. Must be willing to cross-train

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
