Job Description
About the Role The Production Worker plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate assembly of products on the production line. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, performing quality checks, and maintaining a smooth workflow to meet daily production targets. The role requires attention to detail to identify and address any defects or issues during the manufacturing process. The Production Worker contributes to maintaining a safe and organized work environment while collaborating with team members to optimize production efficiency. Ultimately, this position supports the company's commitment to delivering high-quality products to customers in a timely manner. Job Responsibilities Operate and monitor production equipment to assemble products according to specifications. Perform quality checks at various stages of the production line to ensure product standards are met. Carry out trimming and finishing tasks to prepare products for packaging and shipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area to comply with safety and quality standards. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify and resolve production issues promptly. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Basic experience or familiarity with assembly line operations. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail. Physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle production equipment safely. Willingness to follow safety protocols and quality standards. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment. Knowledge of production equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Experience with quality control processes and documentation. Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if required. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
