You will play a vital role in verifying that our wiring assemblies, electro-mechanical parts, and electronic components consistently align with our rigorous performance and reliability benchmarks. Core Duties Examine incoming materials, wiring assemblies, and electronic parts to verify they meet all necessary quality benchmarks. Observe processing workflows to detect and address any variances from established quality requirements. Record quality findings and work alongside production staff to help resolve issues and improve overall output quality. Execute standard tests and measurements to evaluate the performance and quality of materials. Contribute to the creation and execution of new quality control protocols and guidelines. Support the team by sharing knowledge on best practices to help maintain high quality standards across the department. Engage in routine quality assessments to foster a culture of ongoing process improvement. Help maintain a tidy, orderly, and ESD-safe workspace to ensure team safety and preserve product integrity. Required Qualifications Completion of high school or a GED; further training in quality assurance is considered an asset. Demonstrated background in material processing or quality control, ideally within a production setting. Exceptional analytical capabilities and a meticulous approach to detail. Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective team collaboration. Working knowledge of standard quality control techniques and systems. Experience with electro-mechanical assemblies, PCBs, wiring harnesses, connectors, or cables is highly valued. Ability to interpret bills of materials, work instructions, and technical drawings is a plus. Proficiency in utilizing measurement equipment, inspection tools, and software for reporting purposes. Capability to thrive in a high-speed setting while balancing various responsibilities. Fundamental computer literacy, specifically with the Microsoft Office suite.
