• _ •What you'll be doing as a

Sewing Machine Mechanic:

• + Operate and thread multiple types of sewing machines + Sew and assemble textile products following patterns and templates + Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic issues + Inspect finished goods for quality and correct defects when possible + Record production output and maintain workflow efficiency + Cross-train on products across departments as needed

• Job requirements:
• + Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady + Ability to learn and operate all machines in the department within 3 weeks + Proficiency in producing standard products within 6 months; all products within 9 months + Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and visual color discrimination + Ability to follow one-piece flow manufacturing processes + Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills + Reliable, adaptable, and willing to learn + Background check and drug screening required •Ready to take control of the way you work?
