$26.45/hr. (

Bill Rate:

$37.56/hr)•

Duration:

6 months as W2 contractor under staffing supplier (Possible extension; Temp-to-Perm based on performance and openings)

Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or GED; 0-1 years of manufacturing experience (pharmaceutical environment and prior job longevity preferred).

Skills:

English fluency (written and oral), basic math proficiency, and understanding of on-time delivery concepts.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, stoop, climb ladders/lifts up to 15 feet (2-3 times/week), and lift 30-35 pounds.

Screening Mandates:

Background check, 11-panel drug + fentanyl screen, medical exams (vision, vitals, urine dip, whisper test), audiogram, spirometry/respirator fit testing, and a lifting assessment.

Core Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, monitor, and clean manufacturing equipment and processing rooms. Perform in-process quality testing, basic equipment troubleshooting, and product checks. Complete batch records, equipment logs, and reconciliations in compliance with cGMP/FDA standards.
