Freelance Production Assistant - Fashion & Creative We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Freelance Production Assistant to support our Creative Director across fashion and content productions in Miami. This is an on-call freelance position for someone who is flexible, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced clothing and model shoots.

Rate:

$25/hour

Schedule:

On-call, based on production needs. Shoot days may begin as early as 6:00 AM and run through the evening. Availability the day prior to production may also be required for preparation.

Responsibilities may include:

Supporting the Creative Director throughout production Preparing, steaming, organizing, and packing clothing before shoots Assisting with wardrobe changes and keeping looks organized on set Helping manage and take care of models throughout the day Take care of basic hair-styling and touch-ups and ensuring talent remains camera-ready Handling production runs, props, supplies, and general set needs Helping keep the shoot organized, on schedule, and moving efficiently Preparing production materials and final details the day before a shoot Assisting with setup and breakdown as needed

Requirements:

Direct experience with fashion, clothing, e-commerce, or editorial shoots strongly preferred Comfortable working directly with models and creative teams Basic hair styling / touch-up ability Reliable car and valid driver's license Fluent in English and Spanish Organized, punctual, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs Comfortable with early call times and long production days Must be available on a freelance/on-call basis We are looking for someone who can become a reliable part of our freelance production team and be called in regularly / monthly as shoots and creative projects come up.
