Position Overview The Working Wiring and Assembly Team Leader provides hands-on leadership and technical guidance to the Wire Technician team while supporting the Production Manager in maintaining efficient workflow, quality standards, scheduling, training, and overall production goals. This position combines hands-on technical work with team leadership , ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with customer specifications, company procedures, and

quality requirements. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership, direction, and support to Wire Technicians and promote a positive and productive work environment. Assist with planning and maintaining team schedules to support efficient workflow and timely project completion. Coordinate priorities and resources when changes occur due to manpower, materials, or project requirements. Manage multiple projects and priorities while monitoring progress and identifying potential delays or bottlenecks. Provide technical guidance and support with custom panel building, electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and related technical tasks. Support team members in developing their technical skills and provide guidance and mentoring as required. Assist the Production Manager with performance feedback, training needs, and opportunities for employee development. Monitor work to ensure panels meet customer specifications, quality standards, and applicable industry requirements. Follow and support the company's

quality system, including applicable procedures and documentation. Conduct quality checks throughout the production process and identify and address deviations or defects. Support continuous improvement and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency. Implement and maintain the company's 5S program within the production area. Promote cleanliness, organization, efficiency, and adherence to 5S standards. Train new and existing team members on technical procedures, work practices, and applicable 5S requirements. Identify training needs and assist with developing and implementing training opportunities. Assist with resolving workplace conflicts and addressing performance or behavioural concerns in a timely and constructive manner. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management in support of the company's operations and goals. Adapt to changing priorities and take on additional responsibilities as required to meet business needs. Working Relationship The Working Wiring and Assembly Team Leader works closely with the Production Manager and Wire Technician team , providing day-to-day leadership and technical support while helping ensure production schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements are met. Overall Purpose of the Position The overall purpose of the Working Wiring and Assembly Team Leader is to lead and support the Wire Technician team while remaining actively involved in production , helping ACP Manufacturing maintain efficient operations, high-quality workmanship, organized work areas, and timely completion of customer projects.
Pay:
