General Worker I

Position Summary:

The General Worker I is responsible for the safe operation of production lines while ensuring quality standards are met. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the set-up, start up, and operation of the production line in accordance with established guidelines.
• Responsible for troubleshooting issues that occur during the production process.
• Routine maintenance and upkeeping of machine equipment, as well as recording data and completing paperwork.
• Operating the machinery following specific guidelines.
• Ensuring products meet quality standards.
• Inspecting products and packaging items for shipping.
• Keeping track of inventory.
• Maintaining a safe working environment.
• Other duties are assigned by management.

Experience and Education:

• Prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• High School or GED diploma (Required).

Skills and Abilities:

Ability to lift up to 10-50 lbs. Basic technical and mechanical skills Strong attention to detail Ability to perform repetitive task with accuracy Problem solving Ability to communicate clearly

PM Pay:

$15

• $16 per hour
