Responsibilities Production Assistant:

Enter material orders for bath projects. Prepare folders for new approved projects. Updates CRM for each project ordered for tracking and planning. Maintain sufficient inventory for stock materials Communicate with material vendors on delays and troubleshooting Help organize training classes Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction Follow company communication and documentation procedures, guidelines and policies. Other duties as agreed. Reports to Branch Production Manager Requirements and skills Strong knowledge of acrylic and other bath materials and processes. Proficiency with various vendor ordering processes. Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills. Strong active listening skills. Familiarity with QC CRM systems and practices. Client oriented and ability to adapt and respond to different personality types of customers. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. High school diploma.

Valid Driver's License and Insurance Pay:
