2nd Shift (Overtime available) We are currently hiring for a Production position on 2nd shift for a busy manufacturing facility in Ocala. This role is responsible for coating wire shelving products through an automated powder coating process while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor powder coating equipment and production line Load and unload materials onto the coating line Inspect products for quality and proper coating coverage Perform basic machine adjustments as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines Assist with general production duties as assigned

Requirements:

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable standing for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently Willingness to work overtime as needed Strong attention to detail and quality
