Job Description
Deafine Media is a brand building agency in Ocala, Florida with our own production studio. We help businesses grow through marketing, media, web design, and the systems that keep it all running. We are hiring a Media Production Assistant to capture content in the field with clients and run production in the studio. This is a hands on role for someone who loves being behind the camera, knows their way around sound, and can turn what they capture into finished content. Responsibilities Go on location with clients to capture short form and long form video, plus photography Operate cameras and support podcast and video sessions in the studio Set up microphones and audio and keep recordings clean on set and in studio Edit short form clips and longer pieces into finished, on brand content Organize and file footage, audio, and photos so every project stays clean Set up and break down cameras, lighting, and audio gear Qualifications Experience or a strong eye across video, photo, and audio Comfortable operating cameras and capturing clean sound Editing skills in tools like Premiere, DaVinci, Final Cut, or CapCut Organized with footage and files Reliable, takes direction, and moves fast on set Able to work in person in Ocala and travel locally for client shoots Reliable transportation for field work Preferred Podcast production experience A photography or video reel Agency or client work experience
