Job Description

Location:
Ocala, FL Pay:
15/
HR Shift:
7:00 am - 3:30 pm This role is working on the production floor to assemble custom harnesses according to customer specifications, with a focus on precision and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble custom harnesses based on detailed customer requirements Install pins, connectors, and terminals in the termination process. Follow work instructions, diagrams, and quality standards Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and functional. Maintain a clean and organized work area Support overall production operations and meet daily output goals.
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment. Dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
