2nd Shift Alliance Workforce is hiring Production Operators for a full-time, second-shift opportunity in Oldsmar. This is a hands-on manufacturing position with on-the-job training provided . We're looking for dependable candidates who can follow detailed instructions, maintain quality standards, and work safely in a production environment. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred. Responsibilities Operate production equipment and complete assigned manufacturing jobs Manufacture and process tubing according to work instructions and specifications Monitor production to make sure products meet quality requirements Perform in-process and final quality inspections Inspect and handle production materials Monitor equipment and report mechanical or production problems Make minor machine/process adjustments within established guidelines Record production and quality information accurately Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Follow all safety procedures and production instructions Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Quality control or machine troubleshooting experience is a plus Strong attention to detail Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions Dependable attendance and ability to work as part of a team Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs.
