Job Description

Job Summary JVR Productions is looking for a creative, hands-on, reliable, and motivated Bilingual Print Production & Graphic Design Assistant to join our production team in Orlando, Florida. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background or interest in graphic design, printing, signage, fabrication, or production who wants to expand their skills in a fast-paced creative environment. The ideal candidate has basic knowledge of graphic design software, enjoys working with their hands, is comfortable in a production environment, and is eager to learn new equipment and techniques. Extensive print production experience is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Our team produces a wide variety of projects, including large-format graphics, signage, branded displays, custom promotional materials, event installations, embroidery, and experiential event production. Responsibilities Assist with the printing and production of graphics, signage, displays, and event materials Prepare artwork and make basic adjustments to files for production Work with Adobe Illustrator and other design software Learn to operate flatbed and roll-to-roll printers, embroidery equipment, and other production machinery Load and prepare materials for printing and production Trim, mount, laminate, and finish printed materials Assist with vinyl application and the assembly of signs, displays, and branded elements Help fabricate and prepare custom elements for events and brand activations Perform quality control throughout the production process Assist with packing and preparing completed projects for shipment, delivery, or installation Handle multiple projects while meeting production deadlines Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production workspace Work closely with our graphic design and production teams Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish is required Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is preferred Photoshop, InDesign, or other Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus Graphic design education, coursework, or previous design experience is a plus Previous experience in printing, signage, production, fabrication, or installation is a plus, but not required Comfortable learning and operating production equipment and machinery Hands-on, detail-oriented, and willing to learn Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with physical production work, including standing for extended periods and safely lifting and handling production materials Reliable, punctual, and organized Positive attitude and strong team player What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications Hands-on training with professional printing and production equipment Opportunity to learn large-format printing, signage, fabrication, embroidery, and event production Experience working on real-world projects for national brands and events Creative, collaborative, and fast-paced work environment Opportunity to develop both graphic design and production skills Opportunity for professional growth within the company Immediate hiring opportunity Recent graduates and candidates early in their careers are encouraged to apply.
