Production Helper Pay:

$17.00/hour

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Job Summary We are currently hiring a Production Helper to support our production team and packing lines. This position helps keep production running smoothly by stocking materials, moving products and supplies, assisting packers, and maintaining a clean, safe, and food-safe work environment. Responsibilities Keep packing tables stocked with boxes, products, and other materials. Move products, pallets, and supplies between storage, production, and shipping areas using a pallet jack. Remove empty boxes, trash, and waste from work areas throughout the shift. Assist packers and production employees as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety requirements, and company safety policies. Wear required PPE, including hairnets and gloves. Report equipment issues, material shortages, and safety concerns to a supervisor. Assist with counting and recording production numbers when requested. Fill in at different production stations as needed. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor. Requirements Previous production or warehouse experience preferred. Experience using a pallet jack . Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work well as part of a team and maintain a steady pace. Basic counting skills and attention to detail. High school diploma or GED required. Technical or trade school certification is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to bend, climb, and perform repetitive physical tasks. Comfortable working around moving machinery. Comfortable working in varying temperatures and a production/warehouse environment. Must follow all required PPE and safety procedures.

Pay:

$23.18 - $27.91 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
