In this role, you will oversee daily production activities, assign work, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency targets are met. You will monitor output, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to keep lines running smoothly. The Team Lead will train and coach operators, support continuous improvement initiatives, and promote a strong safety culture.
