Job Summary We're looking for a Wax Assembly Operator to clean, prepare, and assemble wax patterns and related components used in the manufacturing of aerospace parts. This role follows engineering specifications, standard work, and customer requirements to help ensure quality, accuracy, and on-time production. Training:
During the training period, employees may be required to work a schedule outside of their regularly assigned shift to support hands-on learning & development. Training is typically conducted Monday-Friday and may occur on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift based on business needs.
