Production Associate - Wall Art & Framing Join our wall art production team in Tarpon Springs! We produce high-quality canvas wall art and framed prints and are looking for a skilled, motivated team member to grow with us. This is not a graphic design position . The selected candidate will be trained to work in our production department. Previous wall art production experience is not required; full training will be provided. What You Will Do Cut frame moulding and other materials using a miter saw Measure materials accurately and follow production specifications Prepare, stretch, assemble, and finish canvas wall art Package finished wall art carefully and securely for shipping Use hand-cutting tools for trimming and finishing prints Operate wall art printing and production equipment Inspect finished products and maintain quality standards Keep the production area clean, safe, and organized Work with the team to meet daily production goals Requirements Strong hands-on skills and good hand-eye coordination Comfortable using a miter saw and hand-cutting tools Ability to measure, cut, assemble, and package products accurately Fast learner who can understand and follow technical instructions Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented Able to work efficiently in a production environment Reliable team player interested in a long-term position Bachelor's degree required Previous experience is helpful but not required What We Offer Starting pay: $18.00 per hour Official W-2 employment Full on-the-job training Long-term, stable position with opportunities to grow Supportive and dynamic team environment
