Job Summary Pro-Crete Materials is seeking a dependable and hardworking Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. The Production Associate will assist with daily production operations, safely handle materials and equipment, and help maintain a clean and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Assist with the production, packaging, and handling of materials. Safely operate production equipment and tools. Load, unload, move, and organize materials as needed. Follow company safety procedures and production guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving materials. Work effectively as part of a team while maintaining productivity and quality standards. Perform other production-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Previous forklift experience preferred. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures. Previous manufacturing, experience is a plus. Ability to read and understand a tape measure Physical Requirements & Work Environment Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 80 pounds. Stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. Work in varying temperatures, including hot and cold conditions. Follow all applicable workplace safety requirements and procedures. Ability to work in confined spaces

Pay:

From $16.50 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
