Shipping/Receiving Helper Kitting Dept.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're seeking a Shipping/Receiving Helper in the Kitting Department to support safe, efficient material handling and equipment operation while maintaining cleanliness and compliance standards across the production environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Follow safety, food safety, quality, and legal compliance requirements at all times . Perform work in accordance with environmental, health, and safety standards, rules, regulations, and facility practices. Complete required training and certifications needed to qualify for the role. Work in liquid products production rooms or other assigned areas as needed. Document completed work as required by the supervisor. Maintain equipment cleanliness and support efficient day-to-day operations. Perform other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
High school diploma or GED required. Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence and communicate clearly in one-on-one or small group settings. Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, using production paperwork and units of weight, volume, and distance. Ability to use effective problem-solving skills in a production environment. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and follow safe work practices. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and perform frequent bending, reaching, twisting, gripping, and lifting. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and perform physically demanding tasks in a manufacturing setting.
