As a Utility Rug Assistant, you will support various production processes, ensuring that rugs are crafted efficiently and meet our quality standards. Duties Assist in the assembly and finishing of rugs Support construction processes by preparing materials and ensuring proper alignment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and productivity Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet specified standards Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve workflow Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times to ensure a secure working environment Skills Prior warehouse experience is beneficial for understanding workflow and safety standards Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality finished products Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn new skills related to rug production This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant manufacturing team while developing valuable skills rug production , and warehouse operations.
