(Lavonia, GA): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking Paint Helpers and Shipping Helpers for a sheet metal fabrication shop. These positions support daily production operations by assisting with paint line processes, material handling, and shipping preparation of doors and frames.

Essential Duties:

Clean doors and frames prior to painting Hang doors and frames on the paint line Assist with cleaning paint guns and paint booths Off-load painted materials from the paint line Stack doors and frames for shipment or storage Label products and prepare materials for shipping Add loose stop components as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and production standards

Requirements/Skills:

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to lift, carry, and move materials safely Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Previous manufacturing, paint line, or shipping experience is a plus but not required

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods of time Frequent lifting, bending, stooping, and reaching Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled industrial environment Must be able to safely use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
