PM Starting Pay:

$15.00/hour We are a growing family-owned tea company looking for a dependable, hardworking Production Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, works well independently, and takes pride in accuracy and consistency. Responsibilities Operate and monitor tea production machinery Place product into the production machine accurately and efficiently Closely monitor machine output to ensure proper bag weight and consistency Climb up and down a small ladder every 3-5 minutes on each side of the machine to ensure product is feeding correctly into bags Package tea products accurately and in a timely manner while the machine cools Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety and quality standards Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the day Ability to climb a small ladder frequently throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused Dependable with good time management Ability to work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Consistent full-time schedule Supportive family-oriented work environment Opportunity to grow with a small and expanding company
