Our customers include many Fortune 500 companies in the healthcare, restaurant, higher education, multi-family housing and technology sectors. Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Print Specialist to join our knowledgeable team. As a Digital Press Specialist, you will be responsible for a combination of tasks, including setup, maintenance, production and other associated tasks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating and operating digital equipment. You will work closely with the Production Manager and other team members on day-to-day responsibilities. We currently work a 4x10 hour schedule Monday to Thursday. Fridays are either off or overtime, resulting in a minimum two-day weekend even in the case of overtime (or three days without overtime).

Duties:

Set up and operate various pieces of digital print equipment. Partner and coordinate with existing Specialist on the distribution of jobs. Ensure the production of high-quality products, including proofing, color correction and general maintenance. Identify work order errors and communicate problems to supervisor. Perform regular maintenance on assigned equipment. Rapidly change focus when needed to accommodate project changes. Successfully complete assigned tasks and projects. Keep work area neat, clean, and well-organized. Work overtime as necessary. Comply with all safety and health policies, procedures, and practices.

Requirements:

Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience. Familiarity with the Direct Color System flatbed printer, Mimaki roll-to-roll printer and laminator, Full Spectrum laser and/or Boss Co2 lasers. Technological ability to navigate production input requirements. Ability to perform physical demands of the role. Strong communication skills. Reliable and trustworthy team member.
