218630 Looking for a leadership role in food manufacturing with a consistent first shift schedule? Diverse Staffing is hiring a Production Team Lead for a food manufacturing facility in Norcross, GA. This position is responsible for leading production employees, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Temp-to-Hire What You'll Do:

Lead production and packaging employees during the shift Monitor daily production goals and workflow Ensure food safety, GMP, and quality standards are followed Train new employees and provide day-to-day guidance Track attendance, performance, and staffing needs Communicate production issues with Quality, Maintenance, and Safety teams

Must-Have Requirements:

Previous manufacturing leadership or team lead experience Ability to effectively communicate with employees and management Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Ability to follow food safety and GMP requirements Ability to work overtime and weekends when production requires

Preferred Qualifications:

Food manufacturing experience Experience leading production or packaging teams Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills

Physical Requirements:

Stand and walk for entire shift Frequently bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive movements Lift up to 40 pounds as needed Work around moving production equipment safely Maintain productivity throughout the shift

Work Environment:

Food manufacturing facility Fast-paced production environment Moderate production noise PPE may be required including hairnets, beard nets, gloves, hearing protection, and safety equipment as assigned Must follow food safety, sanitation, and GMP standards at all times Why Apply?
