- Mandatory overtime and weekend work is scheduled as needed to meet Customer requirements. Day Shift (A Shift) 6:00 AM
- End of Production 7:00 AM
- End of Production Night Shift (B Shift) 6:00 PM / 7:00 PM / 8:00 PM
- End of Production Start day: Sunday or Monday night Weekend Shift (C Shift) 6:00 PM to 7:00am (Thursday night to Saturday night) Mandatory overtime when scheduled Pay & Shift Premiums Starting pay $19.
40/hr Night shift premium + $1.50/hr Weekend shift premium + $3.00/hr Sand Cast premium + $0.75 to $1.50/hr Die Cast premium + $0.75 to $1.50/hr What You'll Do Sand Cast & Die Cast Produce internal and external compressor components Work near furnaces in a warm environment (similar to a mechanic shop) Earn additional department premiums Assembly Pick parts and follow lighted work instructions Maintain cycle time to keep production moving Machining Monitor machines and move materials Inspect parts using gauges and visual checks Logistics Pack, move, and inspect parts Support material flow across the facility Forklift operation for qualified team members Job Responsibilities Follow work instructions and safety guidelines Inspect parts for quality Keep production moving efficiently Maintain a clean and safe work area Work as part of a team to meet production goals Qualifications Able to read and speak English Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable using basic tools and written instructions Team-oriented and reliable Physical Requirements Stand, walk, and use hands throughout shift Lift/move up to 50 lbs Occasional bending, crouching, or climbing Good vision and ability to focus Benefits Competitive pay + shift premiums Paid vacation & holidays 401(k) with company match up to 6% Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Toyota pays up to 90% of health plan costs Tuition assistance after 4 months Employee rewards, discounts, and company events About Toyota Industries Group Founded in 1926, Toyota Industries Group is a global leader in automotive compressor and inverter technology, holding over 50% of the global air compressor market .
