Production Operator I

Description:

Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP requirements Follow all GMP guidelines , including proper documentation, material handling, and cleanliness standards Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments to maintain efficiency and product quality Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment Accurately complete batch records, logs, and production documentation in compliance with GMP standards Identify and report equipment malfunctions, deviations, or quality issues in a timely manner Assist with line clearances, changeovers, and cleaning activities in accordance with GMP and sanitation procedures Maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with 5S and GMP standards Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE Work collaboratively with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to meet production goals Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, or 10-12 hour shifts as needed Must comply with all GMP, FDA, and company policies and procedures Attendance and punctuality are critical to success in this role

Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying conditions Ability to wear required PPE, including hairnets, gloves, safety glasses, and protective clothing as required in GMP areas
